Returns and Shipping
Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by DHL courier and are free.
Shipments to abroad will follow the rates in relation to the delivery area.
Packages destined for countries within the European Union contain invoices and documentation with the value of the goods.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items.
ZANCHETTI.EU ships to Italy via GLS and worldwide via DHL.
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
ITALY / EUROPE: 2-3 working days for main destinations / 3-5 working days for remote destinations
EXTRA EU: 5-8 working days for main destinations / 10-12 working days for remote destinations
Traceability of the shipment
When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from ZANCHETTI.EU with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by ZANCHETTI.EU.
Delivery of the order
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. The ZANCHETTI.EU packages are carefully packed in a cardboard box with ZANCHETTI adhesive tape, placed around the package.
If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to report the incident immediately to the courier and to contact ZANCHETTI.EU at customerservice @ z-studio. it If the package is damaged, or if some of the goods are missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must reach ZANCHETTI.EU within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it will not be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with ZANCHETTI.EU and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund. due to the customer.
ZANCHETTI.EU is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of ZANCHETTI.EU.

If at the time of delivery the goods have any defects, they can be returned for replacement and / or refund within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The security thread on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.
To request a return authorization, you must download and fill out this form and follow the instructions provided. Once the procedure is completed, ZANCHETTI.EU will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the shipping label and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
The return shipment made with the courier indicated by ZANCHETTI.EU will be FREE.
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the ZANCHETTI.EU warehouses and the items will be verified.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
