Shipping, Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Shipping
Shipping to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City is by courier and is free of charge.
Shipping abroad is charged according to the rates for the delivery area.
As required by customs procedures, all shipments to countries outside the European Union are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each individual item.
Delivery Times
ZANCHETTI.EU ships by courier.
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
– ITALY/EUROPE: 2-3 working days for main destinations / 3-5 working days for remote destinations
– OUTSIDE THE EU: 5-8 working days for main destinations / 10-12 working days for remote destinations
Tracking Your Shipment
Order Delivery
On arrival of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the parcel carefully before signing for delivery. ZANCHETTI.EU parcels are carefully packed in a cardboard wrapping sealed with adhesive tape placed around the package.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt subject to inspection, or to refuse delivery.
If delivery has been accepted with an unauthorised signature, or if there is evidence that the parcel has been tampered with, customers are asked to report the matter to the courier immediately and to contact ZANCHETTI.EU at store@zanchetti.eu.
If the parcel is damaged, or if any of the goods are missing from inside it, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any claim regarding damage, missing items or delivery to the wrong address must reach ZANCHETTI.EU within 7 days at the latest from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website; otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order enter into a commercial relationship with ZANCHETTI.EU and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their parcel. If the parcel is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient repeatedly absent, incorrect telephone number, and so on), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
ZANCHETTI.EU is not liable for any delay caused by customs operations and checks, or by events of force majeure beyond the control of ZANCHETTI.EU.

Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
If you bought as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date you receive the goods, without having to give any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
The easiest way is to use the “Withdraw from the contract” function, which is available on the site throughout the withdrawal period, including for those who bought without registering. You will find it:
• on the page https://www.zanchetti.eu/en/account/withdraw-order/
• through the link in your order confirmation e-mail
The procedure takes two steps: enter or confirm your name, your order details and the e-mail address at which you wish to receive communications, then click “Confirm withdrawal”.
You will immediately receive an e-mail receipt setting out the content of your declaration together with the date and time it was sent. ZANCHETTI.EU will then send you the Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) and the shipping instructions.
You may in any case give notice of withdrawal by any other explicit declaration, for example using the withdrawal form or by e-mail.
Cost of returning the goods
Where you withdraw because you have changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. The goods must be sent back within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal.
Condition of the goods
Items must be returned undamaged and complete with their accessories and tags. The security thread attached to the items must not be cut or broken: if it is, the customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods.
Refund
The amount paid, including the original delivery costs (up to the cost of standard shipping), will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. ZANCHETTI.EU may withhold or cancel the refund if the returned goods have been damaged.
Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty or do not match your order, you can request a replacement or
a refund by filling in the form on the page https://www.zanchetti.eu/en/account/withdraw-order/ and following the instructions. ZANCHETTI.EU will e-mail you the R.A.N., the shipping label and the return instructions.
In this case return shipping, using the courier indicated by ZANCHETTI.EU, is free of charge.
This is without prejudice to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
